Sometimes being cool, hot or hyped doesn’t matter. I’m not actually sure how I came across Alice Jemima but during a longarduous sunday afternoon going through demos I stumbled across this lovely little tune called ‘Take My Hand’. Maybe I’m getting soft in my old age but it just made me melt.
Yeah it’s cute, maybe a little twee even but so what, it’s just a beautifully innocent, pure and pretty much perfect song. Alice Jemima is from Devon and that’s all I know. It’s all I want to know. I don’t want to listen to any of Alice’s other songs, in fact I haven’t listened to any of her other songs. Why? Because I just don’t believe they’ll be as perfect as this. If you want to hear more then head HERE. Let me know if the rest of the songs are as heart warming, if they’re not just keep schtum and don’t spoil it.
